You can immediately tell this isn’t just a business to them — they truly care about creating unforgettable memories for their guests.

I had a pre-planned proposal for my girlfriend during the balloon ride, and the team went above and beyond to help make the moment absolutely perfect. From coordinating everything beforehand to making us feel comfortable and excited throughout the experience, they truly helped create a memory we’ll never forget. The views were breathtaking, the ride was smooth and peaceful, and the entire atmosphere was fun, relaxed, and full of positive energy.

One thing that really stood out was how knowledgeable everyone was. The crew explained the balloon process, shared interesting information during the flight, and kept everyone laughing with great jokes the entire time. It felt personal and genuine — not just another tourist attraction.
