Can’t Describe What A Fantastic Experience It Was. From The First Meeting Kim And Jeff Were Very Professional And Quickly Put Us At Ease. Their Knowledge And Story Telling Was Superb. Their Jokes……. Well What Can I Say?! Prior Communication Was Prompt And Clear. Easy To Find The Departure Place. Helping To Set The Balloon Up And Pack It Away Was A Great Part Of The Whole Trip. We Didn’t Feel We Had To Help,
But It Certainly Made It Part Of The Experience To Lend A Hand. Can’t Thank The Team Enough. Will Definitely Do It Again.
