Blocking off days on the Passenger Booking Calendar
In a previous video tutorial we explained the use of the Master Calendar and how it can be used for so many different events and options. In this video we will show you how you can block off flights on the passenger booking calendar. The key to remember is that you have two booking calendars. (AM & PM). If you are blocking a flight for just an afternoon event then you would use the PM calendar. If you are blocking off a flight for sunrise you would use the AM calendar but if you need block off an entire day you should block off both.
