From the moment we met the crew, we knew we were in good hands—and slightly terrified hands, because apparently our wedding venue was going to be a giant floating basket. But wow, what an unforgettable experience. We didn’t just take a hot air balloon ride… we got married in the sky. Somewhere between “are we really doing this?” and “oh my gosh, we’re MARRIED,” we were floating above the world with the most incredible views and the calmest, most professional team guiding us. The crew made everything feel effortless, even though we’re pretty sure coordinating a wedding at several thousand feet is not actually easy. They were kind, funny, and reassuring—especially when one of us briefly questioned all life choices while watching the ground get smaller. The balloon itself was beautiful, the ride was smooth, and the whole experience felt surreal in the best way. It was romantic, peaceful, and just adventurous enough to make a great story for the rest of our lives. If you’re considering a ride, do it. If you’re considering getting married mid-air… also do it, but maybe warn your parents first. Thank you for literally elevating our wedding day. We’ll never top this anniversary gift—unless you start offering space weddings.
