Balloon Exhibition

To start the process we must first identify that your location is suitable for an operation of this type.  Please keep in mind that we are operating a FAA Registered aircraft.  We must look at the location size and access. We must look at the FAA guidelines for your location and research the “AirSpace” above your location to see what regulations are in effect for your area such as NOTAM’s, TFR’s and any other limitations for your location and requested date.

This fee is for us to do a remote search of your location. Once this search is complete we will contact you via email with the good news about your event.  We will send you a our exhibition contract to fill it out out.  Once you have filled out the Exhibition Contract you will be directed to a page where you can make your exhibition deposit.  In the unlikely case we need to do a physical inspection of the site we will send you information on that as well.
